Working closely with the Director of Pierre Fabre Africa, I had the responsibility to:
•Start and develop the activities of the Dermocosmetic branch at Pierre Fabre in Senegal in order to develop the market share and accelerate growth of Dermocosmetic department
•Build the annual budget and 5-year plan and ensure the feasibility
•Define development strategy in the country: establish coherent sales strategy and tactics
•Open new countries: the example of Mauritania
•Develop and implement business strategy
•Implement the marketing plan, product strategy : positioning - Key messages - actions plan
•Determine the objectives of sales and analyze the results
•Ensure synergy between the functions Marketing and Sales
•Lead a team of sales
•Develop external networks: partners, opinion leaders, associations, authorities, and establish a network of relationships to create better conditions to develop the products.
•Ensure proper monitoring of the supply chain of our wholesale customers (Stocks, orders, delivery time ....)
