I am currently working with CTIC Dakar,the 1st IT and mobile technologies Incubator of Senegal. We aim at becoming one of the leading center in Africa for the emergence, the training and the funding of high-growth Entrepreneurs. We work on a very Open and Collaborative model with many international and local partners in the field : University, Industry, investors and other Incubators. My experience and studies focus on entrepreneurship support programs and technology tranfers. I graduated in innovation management and materials engineering and followed an entrepreneurship training at Harvard University.

I was there in charge of implementing and managing the Mentoring Program, the core activity of the organization. We connected high-potential young entrepreneurs and experienced business owners and made sure their relations leaded to the success of the startup
2011 - 2011Entrepreneurs en Afrique, a unique non-profit organization connecting high potential African entrepreneurs to the leading research labs and universities in France.
2008 - 20101) Originated, created and managed an award winning accelerator and mentoring program to help the most innovative French start-ups access the US market.
2) Analyzed the best practices and the entrepreneurship support system in the US for high level public and private French decision-makers.

• Analysis of the relationships between the UK Research and Innovation and the European Union (funding schemes, lobbying, etc.)

2007 - 2007Three months internship at Creax, Belgium. I worked on projects of new products design using the TRIZ methodolgy, patents analysis and technology transfers.
