My curiosity, independence, natural enthusiasm and taste for challenge often enabled me to reach my major professional objective: to have rich, varied and successful experiences.
Today, thanks to the experience acquired in the largest French groups (Microsoft France, La Poste…) and my passion for promotion and marketing of B to B web services, I actively participate in the sales and marketing development of Viadeo, the 1st European Social Professional network.
My job focus around developing new business and maintaining existing relationships in Europe (Benelux, Switzerland, UK, Spain, Italie,...) in collaboration with the Europe General Manager and the Sales Administration. My dayly leitmotiv is building rapport and creating stable and long-term relationships.
Working for the Viadeo Jobs and Hiring Department, I am in charge of promoting and marketing the services of the Viadeo Jobs and Hiring Section to recruitment professionals in France and worldwide: Recruitment firms, very small businesses, SMEs, Key Accounts…
My main activities:
- Managing and developing a customer portfolio (market analysis, sales forecast, and participating in the definition of marketing and sales strategies…),
- Supervising a sales team,
- Developing customer contacts and identifying new prospective customers,
- Interfacing with internal departments (marketing, technical support…) to implement the sales development strategy.
2003 - 2005PASSERELLE – Communication Interactive, is a company specialized in the design of Information and Electronic communication systems. I was involved in the Sales expansion of the company’s business.
2002 - 2003Marketing advertising space and Direct Marketing activities coordination, for @nnuaire de La POSTE, a service of the “e-services” department of La Poste Group which runs an online directory service listing businesses and individuals.
2000 - 2002In charge for Marketing assignments – support to the Sales Force for the Post@axess, an “e-services” subsidiary of the La Poste Group, specialized in the optimization of inter-company invoice processing.
1998 - 1999Management of customer portfolio, Project detection & assistance in requirements definition, interface between resellers of Microsoft products and customers/prospects, client loyalty building.
